What is a limiting belief?
It is something that you believe to be true about yourself or a situation, but it is is not true at all. Your conscious mind and/or subconscious have created and internalized that belief during your childhood or after repetitive negative experiences. For example, "I am not worthy", "I don't deserve to be happy", "I will always be a victim", etc... Those beliefs impact the choices you make and how you behave in any given situation. In other words, they hold you back. Those beliefs are extremely powerful because they disconnect the relationships between the neural pathways in your brain. When relationships between neurons are destroyed, you are limited in the information your brain can access. So, when you’re engaged in a limiting belief, other choices and options are not available to you. The actions you take are then based on very limited information.
I can remove those limiting beliefs with another shamanic technique I now use.
It will "melt" the beliefs your subconscious mind is ready to release. We don't need to know what they are.
